Shipping Policy
Our Shipping policy is as following 1. All items thst weigh under 13 oz. Will be shipped U.S.P.S. First class Items will not be insured unless you purchase it. I will not be responsible for the item after it leaves my warehouse. Unless you do purchase Insurance. 2. All items over 13 oz. Will be shipped via Fedex Home Delivery Insurance will be included in the cost of shipping. 3. Most of my items are built in order of recieving payment. So please allow 7-14 days for shipment. If I have more than 4 orders ahead of you it may be longer. possabily up to 3 weeks. if this will constitute a problem. please email us and let us know If item is in stock it will be shipped next day. 3. In the event of Damages causes by mishandling, by the shipping carrier. Please take 2 or 3
pictures. E-mail them to me at blschortz@yahoo.com A damage
claim will be filed with fedex by me. Whatever their decission is will be final. as I cannot be responsible once the package is turned over to Fedex. I have had claims in the past and all were paid except one, because Fedex was not able to inspect the package. so please retain and make available to Fedex all packaging materials and product for their inspection. if required. Fedex will call for appointment. if these requirments are not followed there will be no refund or replacement. AGAIN WHATEVER FEDEX DECESION IS WILL BE FINAL 4. If when you recieve your order and are not happy with it. Contact me and you may return it at your expence I will refund all monies. MINUS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES 5. If you live in the Merced Ca. area and would like to arrange for a customer pick-up to save shipping and handleing charges. please e-mail me at blschortz@yahoo.com or call at 209-752-7796 to make arrangements. I will email you a coupon code to enter during
checkout to remove the shipping charge. then you can pick it up.
